- Remove all hot links. Highlight it and select "Unlink"
- Update Year in examples, like 2010 becomes 2020
- Read and edit where possible
- Confirm screenshot is still accurate
Vireo allows certain actions to be performed on multiple records simultaneously. These “batch operations” are found under Advanced Features, in the bottom left-hand corner of the List screen in Vireo.
Batch operations work off of filter search. To perform any batch operation, you must first create the list of records on which you want to perform an action using filters.
- Batch Update Status (includes batch publish)
- Download Export
- Batch Comment/Email
- Batch Assign To
