New in Flagged Fields are new with Vireo 4.

Location

The Flagged Fields box is located under the Custom Actions checklist box.  

Purpose

Vireo allows institutions to choose which fields of a workflow should always be in easy view in the View tab.  Previously, the embargo The fields which appear in this box are those which are most commonly used or need to be easily accessible for all submissions.  In previous versions of Vireo, the only fields similar to this were the Embargo selection and UMI Release which were included in the Submission Status box for quick access.   

The setting that controls what appears fields which appear in this box is located are controlled in the General tab of each field profile.

By default, there are no field profiles with Flagged marked Yes.FIELD PROFILES of an Organization's Workflow.
