Unlike comments added to the Action Log, which move down the page as new comments are added or actions are taken, an item added to the Reviewer Notes is kept visible in the Reviewer Notes section until deleted or edited.
Adding a Reviewer Note
To add a Reviewer Note, click the pencil icon inside the text box and enter a note. Click the check mark to save the note.
