Administrative users can keep important notes or information about an ETD readily visible to other administrative users in the “Reviewer Notes” section of the View tab. This section is located just under the info tabs (“personal info,” etc.) and above the Action Log.

Unlike comments added to the Action Log, which move down the page as new comments are added or actions are taken, an item added to the Reviewer Notes is kept visible in the Reviewer Notes section until deleted or edited.

Adding a Reviewer Note

To add a Reviewer Note, click the pencil icon inside the text box and enter a note. Click the check mark to save the note.

Any action taken in the Reviewer Notes section is logged in the Action Log as a private comment.

Reviewer Notes are not visible to student submitters.
