Vireo allows certain actions to be performed on multiple records simultaneously. These “batch operations” are found under Advanced Features, in the bottom left-hand corner of the List screen in Vireo.
Batch operations work off of filter search. To perform any batch operation, you must first create the list of records on which you want to perform an action using filters.

- Download Export
- Batch Comment/Email
- Batch Assign To
