Setting up the ORCID Profile Plugin
To enable and configure the ORCID Profile Plugin, you must:
Create credentials for the ORCID API on the ORCID website.
The plugin works with either the Public or the Member API, with the Member API having additional functionality.
You can use the ORCID Sandbox API first to test without impacting the production ORCID registry.
Please note: When setting up API credentials, we recommend using the host URL for all TDL journals as the “Redirect URI.” This URL is https://journals.tdl.org.
Enable and configure the ORCID Profile Plugin in your OJS site.
