- Flagged: Selecting Yes will add this field to the Submission Status Flagged Fields box for information that is referred to frequently or should always be in view. By default, the only field profile there are no fields with Flagged marked Yes is ProQuest Publication in the License Agreement Workflow Step. (Double check: on 1/29/19 every workflow tested did not have the ProQuest Publication field marked yes for Flag, yet ProQuest Release was still included in Submission Status)
- Logged: Selecting Yes will allow changes to this field to be included in the Action Log of each submission. By default, there are very few field profiles that are marked Yes.
- Overridable: This is an advance setting that is dependent upon Hierarchical Organization Management.
