The Texas Digital Library provides basic DSpace training via web conference for new users of DSpace as part of the member onboarding process, and occasionally upon request for existing member institutions when experiencing staff turnover.
Online synchronous training
To request DSpace training, members can contact the TDL Helpdesk at support@tdl.org or https://www.tdl.org/support/helpdesk/ . TDL staff will then coordinate a 1-2 hour webinar with workshop leaders identified from the TDL Community.
Training DSpace for member use
TDL maintains a training installation of DSpace for members to use for self-training, trying out new workflows, and trouble-shooting.
