PAIMAS Recommendation covers the first stage of the Ingest Process as defined in the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) Reference Model. PAIMAS describes parts of the functional entities Administration (‘Negotiate Submission Agreement’) and Ingest (‘Receive Submission’ and ‘Quality Assurance’).
