Events on the TDR Dashboard

These are the types of events being collected on the TDR website currently:

Event Name	Definition
Page_View	This count includes whenever someone loads a page on the TDR website or when their browser history is changed by the TDR website.
User_Engagement	When the TDR website is in focus for at least one second.
Scroll	The first time the user reaches the bottom of each webpage (Google calculates this as when a 90% vertical depth becomes visible).
Session_Start	When a user engages the TDR website and/or TDR webpage.
First_Visit	The first time a user visits the TDR website.
View_Search_Results	Each time a user performs a TDR site search.
Download	Each time a user downloads something from the TDR website.
Click	Each time a user on the TDR website clicks on a link that leads away from the current domain.
Explore	Every time a user on the TDR website clicked on the “Explore” button on a published dataset.
Contact	Every time a user on the TDR website clicked on the “Contact Owner” button on a published dataset.
Download Citation	Every time a user on the TDR website clicked on the “Cite Dataset” button on a published dataset.
Export Metadata	Every time a user on the TDR website clicked on the “Export Metadata” button on a published dataset.
Share	Every time a user on the TDR website clicked on the “Share” button on a published dataset.
