Completed more than 30 new feature including these major ones

  • Finished ProQuest integration of their license, embargo options, and subject codes. Not seamless.  Files are exported from Vireo and FTPd to ProQuest
  • Emails triggered by change of status
  • Needs Correction - tightened up to help students follow correct workflow
  • Reporting and Exports- allows administrative users to create custom, exportable Excel reports by using saved filters and columns. It also includes the addition of the Action Log to a file export package
  • Display select Custom Action checklist items in the student view.
  • An ADA-compliant student submission interface
  • The integration of ORCID researcher IDs into the student workflow

Addressed two long standing feature requests for custom worklfows and controlled vocabularies.  Plus

Rebuilt on Spring Boot framework, and build accomplished with Maven

  • Improved metadata based on the TDL Metadata Working Group’s report and updated guidelines for ETDs
  • Enhanced field control for filtering, flagging, and tracking
