As of 4/10/2019  Setting "Workflow Step is Overrideable" to No will make the step read only.  It cannot be changed back even when syncing with Parent 


Sync with Parent   (applies to entire workflow)


Purpose:  Only use to start over with customizing a workflow.  All previous settings will be lost.


NOTE: Submissions made on previous workflows will retain the order and fields which existed at the time of submission.
