Creating a Collection

  • Login to Repository 

  • Move the cursor over the + symbol at the upper left-hand corner of the screen and left-click

  • Left-click on Collection 

  • Search for a Community to add the Collection to, or select from the brief list that appears under the search bar 

  • Here you will be able to add the following information about your collection: 

    • Collection logo (optional) 

    • Name (required) 

    • Introductory text (optional) 

    • Short description (optional) 

    • Copyright text (optional) 

    • News (optional) 

    • License (optional) 

    • Entity type (optional) 

  • Once you have added your content, click Save at the bottom of the page 

  • Your collection is now ready for you to add items
