Add Organization Category
Organization Categories are simply labels to help organize multiple submission forms in Vireo.
Several categories are provided by default as suggestions including College, Department, and Administrative Group.
Decide how the submission forms should be organized for your institution and create a category for it if none of the defaults apply. Another way to think of this is how will submission forms differ? Where are the differences that will warrant a special workflow?
Organization Categories should be easy for students to understand so they know which workflow is applicable to them.
Examples:
- An institution with a single submission form to be used by all students might choose a single category, University.
- An institution with a submission form for Masters students and a separate submission form for PhD students might choose categories such as Degree Level or Submission Type.
Remove Organization Categories that will not be used. New categories can always be added later.
Use a minimum number of Organization Categories in order to keep workflows and submission forms as uniform as possible.
