TDR log report data dictionary

•  "dataverses" report tab

  N.B. This data dictionary has not been reviewed. Several fields are missing descriptions, and all descriptions should be reviewed and corrected by TDL.

  "dataverses" report tab

  Column names	Descriptions
  alias	Short name of the dataverse (collection), also the URL suffix chosen by the creator.
  name	Full name of the dataverse (collection).
  id
  affiliation	University affiliation for the dataverse (collection). For example: "Texas A and M University"
  dataverseType	The type of individual/group for which this dataverse (collection) has been created. Chosen by the creator. For example: "RESEARCH_GROUP"
  creationDate	Date and time when the dataverse (collection) was created expressed according to ISO 8601. The combined date and time is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[HH]:[MM]:[SS]Z
  creatorIdentifier	The Texas Data Repository identifier for the dataverse creator prepended with an "@"
  creatorName	Full name for the dataverse creator.
  creatorEmail	Email address for the dataverse creator.
  creatorAffiliation	University affiliation for the dataverse creator. For example: "Texas A and M University"
  creatorPosition
  released	"Yes" or "No" indication of publication status. "Yes" indicates that the dataverse (collection) has been published and is publically visible to all visitors.

  Column names	Descriptions
  dataverse	Same as "alias" column above. Short name of the dataverse (collection).
  id
  identifier
  persistentUrl	The DOI for the dataset formatted as a link (URL).
  protocol
  authority
  publisher	This should always be "Texas Data Repository"
  publicationDate	Date when the dataset was first published expressed according to ISO 8601. The date is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]. Does not change if a new version of the dataset is created and published.
  versionState	"DRAFT" or "RELEASED" indication of publication status of the current version of the dataset. "RELEASED" indicates that the dataset has been published and is publically visible to all visitors. "DRAFT" is unpublished.
  lastUpdateTime	Date and time when the dataset was last updated expressed according to ISO 8601. The combined date and time is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[HH]:[MM]:[SS]Z
  releaseTime	Date and time when the current version of the dataset was published expressed according to ISO 8601.  If the dataset has been updated to a new version this will change, unlike the "publicationDate" column. The combined date and time is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[HH]:[MM]:[SS]Z
  createTime	Date and time when the dataset was submitted (created) expressed according to ISO 8601. The combined date and time is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]T[HH]:[MM]:[SS]Z
  license	Information about the license attached to the dataset.
  termsOfUse	Written terms of use for the dataset.
  title	Dataset title according to the medatata.
  author	Dataset author according to the medatata.
  datasetContact	Dataset contact according to the medatata.
  dsDescription	Dataset description according to the medatata.
  notesText
  subject	Dataset subject according to the medatata.
  productionDate	Dataset production date according to the medatata.
  productionPlace	Dataset production place according to the medatata.
  depositor	Full name for the dataset submitter.
  dateOfDeposit	Date when the dataset was submitted expressed according to ISO 8601. The date is expressed as: [YYYY]-[MM]-[DD]
  downloadCount	A count of the number of times one or more files in the dataset have been downloaded.
  contentSize (MB)	Size of the files in the dataset expressed in megabytes.
